The first session of the newly constituted Bihar Assembly is to begin from 30th November. AIR Patna correspondent reports that the newly elected legislators will be administered oath by protem speaker Sadnand Singh from 30th November to 2nd December. The election for the new speaker of assembly will take place on 2nd of the next month. The Governor Devanand Konwar will address the joint session of the state legislature.
