The Bihar Assembly passed Right to Service Bill on Monday. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that Right to Service Act will put the onus of disposing of around 30 identified services within a time frame on the public servant concerned. AIR correspondent reports that it will also eliminate the need for the people interface with government staff for pursuing and pushing their work to a great extent.
