In Bihar state assembly debate on no confidence motion against the incumbent Speaker Awadh Bihari Choudhary is underway before the vote of trust of Nitish Kumar led government. Deputy Speaker Maheshwar Hazari is presiding over the proceedings of the House. The motion was moved by BJP member Nand Kishore Yadav. During the debate split took place in opposition RJD as three members namely Chetan Anand, Neelam Devi and Prahlad Yadav joined the treasury bench. RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav strongly registered his protest on this move. He said the Chair must take action against the three RJD members.
