Bihar: All shops, malls, hotels, religious places allowed to open in Patna

<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, Patna District Administration has allowed all shops and malls to open without any curbs on timings from today. Similarly, hotels, restaurants and religious places have been opened. All  temples have also been opened after two months. Zoo and parks will be open from tomorrow. Cinema halls,swimming pools , entertainment parks and theatre will,however, remain closed. Wearing of face masks,social distancing,provision for thermal scanning and handwash  or sanitiser will be mandatory for common places.<br />''<br />''Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has instructed the concerned officials to increase the vigilance regarding COVID-19 in the light of upcoming State Assembly elections and festive seasons. Mr Kumar asked to ensure distribution of four masks and one soap to every family in every village in the state as preventive measures.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile,  COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 88.67 per cent in the state. In all, 1,845 patients recovered in the last 24 hours, while 1,369 tested negative. One lakh 32 thousand 145 patients have recovered from the infection in the state so far. Sixteen thousand 120 patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals at present. Positive cases have mounted to one lakh 49 thousand 27. The total number of testings has crossed 41 lakhs 75 thousands in the state.</span><br />
