In Bihar, about 36.5 percent voting was recorded till 12 noon in the re-polling at 25 polling centers. According to state election office, in Patliputra constituency polling centers reported 38 percent voting, while Munger reported 35 percent. Re-polling will continue till 3 pm and is going on smoothly at 13 polling booths in Patliputra and 12 in Munger parliamentary constituency.
