Anil Kumar, Chief Post Master General of Bihar circle told AIR that Bihar tops the country to make money transaction and DBT transfer to people through India Post Payments Bank.</span></div>&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr Kumar said life saving drugs and other essential materials were made available to people through parcel service.
