In Bihar 21 people died and 13 people injured in lightning and rain related incidents in  different parts of state.<br />''<br />'' Most of the dead were farmers who were on the fields, when the tragedy struck.<br />''<br />'' 08 people were killed in Bhagalpur and four lost their lives in Vaishali and three in Khagaria district.<br />'' <br />'' Expressing grief  over the tragedy, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced an ex gratia of rupees four lakh to the next of the kin of those who lost their lives.<br />
