<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, 10 people died and eight injured due to lightening in Saran district this morning. Six of them are critical. They have been admitted in local hospital for treatment. The incident occured at a farm in Khalpura diara area of Chapra when labourers were working. Expressing grief over the incident Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced an ex gratia of rupees four lakh to the next of the kin of the deceased. Mr Kumar instructed free treatment to injured people.</span><br />
