NCP President Sharad Pawar has said that despite some difference of opinion among UPA partners on certain issues, there is good understanding between them. He said, the biggest achievement in the UPA government is stability for five years and continuously achieving the growth rate for the welfare of all. However, he said there are some areas where the government has not been able to achieve what it had targeted but did not enumerate them. <br/>
