Britain has announced big changes in Defence spending priorities to pay for the war in Afghanistan. An Air Force base is to close, two war ships are being mothballed and many civilian jobs will go. The savings will help fund one and a half billion dollar boost for the campaign in Afghanistan, including 22 new transport helicopters.<br/><br/> <br/>
