In Uttar Pradesh biennial polls for 36 seats from the local bodies constituencies of the State Legislative Council will be held on 7th of next month. An official spokes person of the office of the Chief Electoral officer of the state told our Lucknow correspondent that notification for the biennial elections will be issued on 14th of this month. The last date for the filing of nomination will be 21st of this month while candidates can withdraw their nomination papers till December 24. These seats will fall vacant on 15th of next month.<br/> <br/>AIR correspondent reports that ruling BSP and main opposition Samajwadi Party have announced their candidates for most of the constituencies while BJP and Congress have announced their nominees for few constituencies.<br/><br/>
