The Biennial Election to the 25 seats of Karnataka Legislative Council will be held tomorrow in 20 Local Body Authorities Constituencies. There are 90 candidates in fray, 98,846 voters and 6072 polling stations. The BJP and Congress are contesting from 20 seats each, JD(S) in six constituencies and there are 33 Independent candidates in fray. <br />''<br />''There are 7073 Presiding officers, 9344 polling officers and 6648 micro observers deputed for the poll duty. The polling booths are provided with ramps, wheel chairs, drinking water, shade, magnifying glass, sign language interpreters, volunteers and transport facility for the people with disabilities. The counting of votes will be held on December 14. Currently, the ruling BJP, holds 32 seats in the 75-member house, while the Congress has 29 seats and JD(S) has 12 seats.
