In Jammu and Kashmir, the Army has foiled a militants' plan to disrupt the Amarnath Yatra with the recovery of a huge cache of ammunition, explosives and equipment from forest area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district. The cache included 34 detonators, 36 Pika rounds, 12 anti-personnel mines, 09 RC IED Boxes, 36 IED circuits, 05 RPG charges, 35 MTR safety fuse, 01 UBGL Grenade, 15 MTR Cordex, 01 Hand grenade and 01 Radio set I Com. The ammunition was recovered from the hollow of a tree during a search operation at Lashkarvan forest of Ramban district late on Friday.
