Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay will visit India from tomorrow to attend a conclave in Goa and meet top Indian leaders. PTI has reported that Mr. Tobgay will travel to Goa on the invitation of the India Foundation to attend the 'India Ideas Conclave' as Chief Guest. He will address the conclave on November 15th where the theme is 'Learning from Civilisation'.<br/><br/>The Bhutanese Premier will meet Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Goa Governor Mridula Sinha and Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar. He will stop over in New Delhi on November 16 to meet senior officials of the Government of India and return to Bhutan on November 17th.
