Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay will arrive in Goa today to attend 'India Ideas Conclave' in Panaji, which will take place tomorrow. Bhutan's Prime Minster Mr Tobgay will be the Chief Guest at the conclave. During his stay in Goa, Mr Tobgay is likely to meet Goa Governor Mridula Sinha and Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Paserkar.
