Bhutan PM In India on 6-day visit; to hold talks with top leadership

Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay arrived in New Delhi this morning on a six-day visit to India.

During his maiden visit after becoming the Prime Minister, Mr Tobgay will hold talks with Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde and Finance Minister P Chidambaram.

The two countries are expected to discuss issues of political security, developmental assistance and matters of mutual concern. The visiting dignitary will also interact with captains of Indian industry at a luncheon hosted by ASSOCHAM and FICCI.
