Bhutan PM arrives in Kathmandu

Prime Minister of Bhutan Jigmi Y.Thinley arrived in Kathmandu today in his capacity as SAARC Chair. He is on a three day visit to Nepal and is expected to discuss various issues relating to co-operation under SAARC. During his visit, Prime Minister Thinley is scheduled to meet the President, Dr. Ram Baran Yadav Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal and other dignitaries during his stay. Nepali officials are expected to hold discussions with Thinley on a couple of bilateral agendas, including the Bhutanese refugee issue, opening of a Nepali mission in Bhutan's capital Thimphu, trade and tourism, among others.
