Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, who arrived in New Delhi yesterday, will hold talks with Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in New Delhi this afternoon.
The Bhutan King was accorded a ceremonial reception at the fore courts of Rashtrapati Bhawan this morning.
Later Bhutan King offered floral tributes to the father of Nation Mahatama Gandhi at Rajghat.
The King of Bhutan will meet President, Pratibha Devisingh Patil and the Vice President Hamid Ansari.
His Excellency will also exchange views with other Indian leaders during his stay in the National Capital.
The newly-wed, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck along with Queen Jetsun Pema, is on a nine-day state visit to India.
The royal couple would also visit Jaipur, Udaipur, Ranthambore and Jodhpur and stay in India till the 31st of this month.
This is King Wangchuck's fourth visit to India since coronation in 2008.
