Bhupathi- Mirnyi lose Cincinnati Masters finals

Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi have suffered their third defeat in an ATP Masters series final this season. In the summit clash of the Cincinnati event at Mason, United States, last night, they lost to second seeded American duo of Mike and Bob Bryan in straight sets 3-6, 4-6. The defeat means that Bhupathi and Belarusian Mirnyi will have to wait for their first title together since Rome event in 2004. Bhupathi and Mirnyi split 69,250 U.S. dollars and earned 600 ranking points each for ending runners-up. Earlier, Bhupathi and Mirnyi had lost the Miiami Masters final to Leander Paes and Lukas Dlouhy and Monte-Carlo final to Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor.
