The Madhya Pradesh government has decided to appeal against the 1996 decision of the Supreme Court in the Bhopal Gas Tragedy criminal case. A decision was taken in this regard in a meeting held in Bhopal under the chairmanship of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today. <br/><br/>The state government will also appeal in the session court against the 7th June verdict of CJM court in this case. It will also write to central government to ask the CBI to file a supplementary charge sheet in the trail court. Demanding relief to gas victims of all the wards of Bhopal Mr. Chouhan has also written a letter to Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
