A magisterial court in Bhiwandi in Thane district near Mumbai has decided to frame charges against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in a defamation case filed against him by an RSS worker on July 28. <br/><br/><br/>Rahul Gandhi did not appear in the court yesterday and his lawyer filed an application for exemption for him from the appearance. His lawyer informed the court that Mr Gandhi is busy with political assignments.
