The former Union Minister and Governor, Dr. Bhishma Narain Singh and some others have been conferred with Russian State Awards – Orders of Friendship at a function in New Delhi today. These awards were given away for contributing in the filed of improving friendship ties between Russia and India. Presenting the awards, the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mr. Sergey S. Sobyanin said that both the countries have maintained good relationship with each other and bilateral ties have been improved.<br/><br/>
