In Uttar Pradesh, district Judge Gautam Buddha Nagar today dismissed a revision application of PAC personnel of 49 F Company filed against the Chief Judicial magistrate order to lodge an FIR in connection with alleged rape and molestation of a woman from Bhatta Parsaul villages in NOIDA area.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that Chief Judicial Magistrate of the district had issued the order on September 15 for lodging an FIR for rape, on an application filed by a woman from the village. The applicant has alleged that she was raped by the PAC personnel during the farmer’s agitation. The court had directed the SHO Dankaur of the district to lodge FIR against 15 PAC personnel and their Commander and file charge sheet to the court after investigation. The police informed the court that the FIR was not lodged in view of the pending revision application before the revision magistrate.AIR correspondent reports that the National Schedule Caste Commission had also directed the district police for lodging FIR in the case but it has not yet been filed. The Commission has directed the district police chief to appear before it alongwith status report.The Uttar Pradesh Congress has demanded resignation of Chief Minster Mayawati on the Bhatta Parsaul issue. Talking to media persons in Allahabad today state congress president Dr Rita Bahuguna Joshi has said that after today’s decision from district and session judge of Gautama Buddha Nagar the chief minster should resign on moral grounds.
