Bhatta Parsaul rape case: district Judge dismisses revision application

In Uttar Pradesh a District Court dismissed revision application opposing alleged rape case against cops in Bhatta-Parsaul villages in NOIDA area . District and Sessions Judge Het Singh Yadav has dismissed revision application of PAC personnel of state police filed against the Chief Judicial magistrate order for lodging FIR against them in this connection . Our Lucknow correspondent reports that Chief Judicial Magistrate of the district had issued order on September 15 for lodging FIR for rape on an application filed by a woman from the village. The applicant has alleged that she was raped by the PAC personnel during farmer’s agitation. She had requested the court for giving direction to the police for filing FIR and investigation which police had denied on her application. The court had directed the SHO Dankaur of the district to lodge FIR against 15 PAC personnel and their Commander and file charge sheet to the court after investigation. The victim again filed an application on 23rd of last month to the CJM to know the progress report into the police investigation in the case. The police informed the court that the FIR was not lodged in view of the pending revision application before the district judge.
