In Himachal Pradesh, the three day Bharat Nirman public information campaign programme began in Chamba today. Organised by Press Information Bureau, Shimla in association with the media units of the Information and Broadcasting ministry,the campaign was inaugurated by the state Vidhan Sabha Speaker Mr. Tulsi Ram. This is the fifth Bharat Nirman public campaign programme being organised in the state.
