In Sikkim, a three-day long Bharat Nirman Public Information Campaign began at Kabi-Tingla in north district today. State Minster for transport Mr. TP Bhutia inaugurated it. Speaking on the occasion, the Principle Director General of Press information Bureau Mrs. Neelam Kapoor said, Mass awareness about electoral registration and voting in elections will also be included in the public information campaigns in the coming days. The campaign has been organised by the Press Information Bureau and other Media units of the Ministry of Information and Bureau for creating mass awareness about various flagship programme of the Central Government.
