In Gujarat, a three-day Bharat Nirman campaign was launched in Amirgadh block of Banas Kantha district today. The campaign was organised by the Press Information Bureau and other media units of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to inform the common man about the benefits of flagship programmes of the Government of India. Addressing the opening ceremony, Mukesh Gadhvi, MP from Banas Kantha, appealed to the people to take benefits of Government Welfare Schemes. AIR Ahmedabad correspondent reports that Panchayat Sammelan, Soochana Adhikar Sammelan and Shiksha Adhikar Sammelan are being organised during the three day campaign.
