In Punjab, a three day Bharat Nirman, Public Information campaign started today at Dharamkot town of Moga district today. Inaugurating the campaign Deputy Commissioner of Moga appealed the people to get maximum information about the central government welfare and developmental schemes being provided by the officials during the campaign organized by Press Information Bureau,Jalandhar.He said that this campaign would be beneficial for those people who had little knowledge about the benefits of these schemes and their rights. Officers deputed on the stalls were also asked to provide each and every information to the people as objective of schemes fail if people do not get information.Departments of state Government, banks, RTI, RTE, Rural Development and other departments have set up about 30 stalls. Various departments of Ministery of Information and Broadcasting are participating in this campaign.
