The Special Court for SC-ST in Jodhpur today granted bail to the 2 accused in Bhanwari Devi case .The court accepted their bail petition .Both of them were charged under sections 201 and 202 of IPC for destorting evidences.The Special court framed charges against all 16 accused in this case.Former Minister Mahipal Maderna and MLA Malkhan Singh Vishnoi jave been charged for kidnapping,murder and conspiracy of Nurse Bhanwari Devi.Bhanwari devi was kidnapped on 1st September last year.
