The session of the West Bengal Assembly resumes in Kolkata on Wednesday after brief intermission. The State Finance Minister Dr. Amit Mitra will place the annual financial statement before the house on Thursday. AIR Kolkata correspondent reports that a bill to set up autonomous council named as Gorkhaland Territorial Administration in Darjeeling is likely to be placed in the house during the session. The Opposition Left Front will raise the issue of alleged deterioration of law & order after the Assembly Poll in the state in which 30 of their supporters were killed and several others injured.
