<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, the four day long mass COVID-19 vaccination campaign- Tika Utsav has been going on in full swing with the beneficiaries rushing to the vaccination centres for Covishield vaccine.<br />'' <br />'' On the first day of the campaign more than one thousand six hundred persons were vaccinated including the State Chief Minister and other his cabinet colleagues. Till today, 94,566 persons have been given vaccination including 31976 health care workers.<br />'' <br />'' The Director of State Health Services Department Dr. K. Rajo said to an exclusive interview with AIR News that the vaccination drive is being conducted at all district headquarters and people above the age of 45 years are actively participating in the Campaign. He said-<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, in the past twenty four hours, 18 persons from the general population were confirmed as new COVID-19 positive cases in Manipur while six persons were discharged from hospital.<br />'' <br />'' The total positive case in the State as on date is 29514 while 29035 persons have recovered. The active case is 103 and the recovery rate is 98.37 percent. The cumulative number of deaths is 376.</span><br />''  <br />
