Aam Aadmi Party has condemned reported raids by Delhi Police at the Kerala House in the national capital. Reiterating that Delhi Police is under the control of the central government the party sought action against the Police officers who ordered the raid at Kerala House.<br/><br/>Defending the move, Delhi police commissioner B S Bassi said police only made inquiries after receiving a call that beef was being served. Mr Bassi said police acted as per law. BJP leader Siddarth Nath Singh said the issue is being politicised. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters, Mr Singh said beef being served in restaurants is illegal and police has the right to investigate if it receives any complaint. <br/>Police had reportedly carried out searches yesterday in Kerala House over an allegation of beef being served there.
