The Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has been engaged for designing, setting up and operationalising the Main Press Centre and other media activities for the Commonwealth Games this year. Official sources said BECIL has been contracted as a Delivery Partner on a turn-key basis and their scope of work covers setting up of Main Press Centre at Pragati Maidan. It would also carry out media operations at the Main Press Centre and all the Venue Media Centres for the games.
