State-owned company Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited- BECIL has paid a dividend of over one crore rupees to the government for the financial year 2010-11.According to an official release, the Information and Broadcasting Minister, Mrs Ambika Soni on Monday received the dividend cheque from Harkesh Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of BECIL.Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Soni complimented the organization for playing a vital role in facilitating the infrastructure facilities for different projects in the broadcasting sector.The Minister reiterated that the organization will have to strive to achieve higher goals and deliverables as a consultancy firm and turnkey solution provider in the future.
