BCCI Working Committee will meet in Mumbai today for the first time after the installation of Advocate Shashank Manohar as the President of the board. The fate of the two suspended Indian Premier League franchises and PepsiCo's plea to withdraw as IPL sponsor are expected to be discussed at the meeting. It would be the final meeting of the Working Committee where the annual accounts would be passed and the date of the Annual General Meeting would also be decided. The meeting was originally scheduled earlier in August but was adjourned sine die after deciding to seek the opinion of the Supreme Court on whether Mr. N. Srinivasan could attend the BCCI meetings as the authorized representative of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association in view of the conflict of interest issue.
