The BCCI has served a third show cause notice to suspended IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi over grant of theatrical rights and on the issue of advertisements in-between deliveries during the telecast of IPL matches this season. The sources added that the 150-second airtime slot in IPL matches when the ball was not in play was commercially exploited by Modi's suggestions. Modi has already been served two notices.
