The Indian Cricket Board, BCCI selection committee headed by Sandeep patil announced team India for the first two tests against Australia. Gautam Ghambhir was replaced by Shikhar Dhavan . Suresh Raina was not considered for the 15 member team. Experienced Spinner Harbhajan Singh was called in the team along with R. Ashwin and Pragyan Ozha. Bhuvaneshwar Kumar was retained . The first test will be played in Chennai from 22nd February.
