The suspense over the participation of Kochi team in the Indian Premiere League season 4 is finally over. In the governing council’s meeting in Mumbai today , the Board of Cricket Control of India finally permitted Kochi to participate in IPL-4. Both Kochi Franchise and BCCI were not agreeing on the sharing pattern of IPL for quite some time. However in an important meeting today, they settled on the sharing pattern which is yet to be disclosed. After the departure of team like Rajasthan Royals it was important to have at least 8 teams in the IPL -4. Participation of Kochi is a step in this direction.
