The Board of Control for Cricket in India, BCCI today filed its status report in the Supreme Court addressing the issue of non-implementation of Justice RM Lodha panel's recommendations. The board, in its report, has refuted the allegations of non-compliance of the Committee's recommendations. BCCI's report stated that the board is a registered society under Tamil Nadu Society Act and any proposal would only be implemented after being passed with a majority motion. It said, a meeting comprising all members took place and several recommendations of the Lodha Committee were rejected by voting. The Board also refuted the allegation that it did not respond to the Committee's mails and submitted to the court records of 40 mails sent to Justice Lodha.
