Bangladesh Cricket Board has decided to appoint former Australian cricketer Stuart Law as the new coach of their national team. Stuart Law will be replacing fellow Australian Jamie Siddons whose contract expired in June. According to BCB Media Committee Chairman Mohammed Jalal Yunus Stuart Law is being appointed as Head Coach of the Bangladesh National Cricket team from July 1st for a two year tenure. Law is currently serving as the interim coach of the Sri Lanka national team. 42 year old Stuart Law has played one Test and 54 one-day international matches for Australia. He has also served as an assistant coach for Sri Lanka under Trevor Bayliss before Bayliss quit after this year's World Cup.
