In Jammu and Kashmir, the cloudburst hit Batote-Doda-Kishtwar National Highway has been re-opened for one-way traffic after remaining closed for two days. According to District Development Commissioner, Doda, Border Roads Organisation (BRO) succeeded in restoring the road link after removing debris from the damaged portion of the National Highway.The District Development Commissioner said that all the missing persons remained untraced despite massive search operations and they are being treated as dead.It may be recalled that a cloudburst hit Ramgarh area of Doda District on Wednesday causing extensive damage to Batote- Doda national Highway , some kiosks , houses and vehicles.
