Health condition of the ailing Marxist leader and former West Bengal Chief Minister Mr. Jyoti Basu continues to be critical.<br/><br/>According to medical bulletin of the private nursing home, he is still under ventilation. Mr. Basu is suffering from mild fever and his antibiotic dose has been changed. <br/><br/>The doctors have decided to conduct a CT Scan of his brain. One unit of blood will also be given to him to improve his general condition.<br/><br/>AIR Kolkata correspondent reports that large number of people have gathered near the hospital to get latest information on Mr. Basu's health.<br/><br/>Special prayer meetings are also being held in different parts of the state, wishing his speedy recovery.<br/><br/>The Veteran leader was admitted to a private nursing home in Kolkata on 1st of this month following attack of pneumonia.
