Basant Panchami was celebrated with religious devotion and cultural tradition throughout Uttar Pradesh today.At Sangam, lakhs of people took holy dip on this day. According to magh mela administration more than 30 lakh people took holy dip at sangam today. There were no untoward incident reported from magh mela area today the Magh mela officer said.
