In Uttar Pradesh, Bareilly Administration has announced that curfew restriction will be relaxed for whole day from 6 AM to 5 PM today at all five curfew hit areas including Quila, Baradari, Prem Nagar, Subhash Nagar and Kotwali at Bareilly city.<br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that on the 16th day of curfew, administration has also allowed movements of vehicles but it will be only for senior citizens and women during 11 hour relaxation. In the view of incident-free relaxation in last two days, administration has extended the relaxation period. Markets and commercial establishments will be open but educational institutions will remain closed. About 400 persons have been arrested till now in the city for their alleged involvements in the incidents of violence and arson. Aerial surveillance by a helicopter is going on and security is very tight especially at and around temples where large number of devotees are reaching to offer their prayers in Navaratri.<br/>The administration had clamped an indefinite curfew in the areas on the 2nd of this month following communal clash during a religious procession.
