In Odisha, banks have mobilised deposit of about 617 crore rupees under the financial inclusion programme 'Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana' till the end of September. According to State Level Banker's Committee, 47 thousand 765 villages of the State are covered under the programme and each household has at least one savings bank account.
