The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Bill-2015 was referred to the Joint Committee of the Houses of parliament. A motion to refer the bill was moved by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the Lok Sabha. The 30-member Committee will have 20 members of the Lok Sabha and ten of the Rajya Sabha.
