Bangladesh wins ODI series against Zimbabwe

Bangladesh today won the five match one day series against Zimbabwe 3-1. The hosts clinched the series with their third consecutive win in the fourth match at Chittagong by six wickets. Stand-in Zimbabwean captain Hamilton Masakadza won the toss and decided to bat first but his batsman failed to click. The top order collapsed with four of them walking back to the pavilion for just eight runs. Bangladesh opening bowlers Nazmul Hossain and Abdur Razzak picked up two wickets each. Shakib claimed three wickets and conceded just eight runs in 6.5 overs. Left-arm spinner Enamul Haque got three wickets to wrap up the Zimbabwean innings for just 44 runs, their fifth lowest one-day international total. Bangladesh also had its moments of trouble, losing four wickets for just five runs after their openers put on 33 runs in 6.3 overs. The hosts then cruised home to victory with Raqibul Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim at the crease. The fifth and final match of the series will be played in the same city on Thursday.
