He said Bangladesh is looking forward to expanding and sharing its IT pool talent with India. He said information and communication technology education has been made compulsory in Bangladesh from 2010 from 6th to 12th grade for the development of skilled human resources. He said 13,000 Sheikh Russell Digital Labs have also been set up at the secondary level. We are also going to set up Centres for the fourth Industrial revolution in 150 universities. <br />''<br />''Addressing the summit, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb urged investors from Bangladesh to take advantage of the incentives offered by Tripura to invest in the state. He said Tripura has all the capability of becoming an IT hub which can help both the regions to flourish. He called upon Bangladesh to invest in Data Centres in Tripura for strengthening its Banking services. <br />''Highlighting good connectivity offered by Tripura, Chief Minister Deb said that people from Bangladesh are using Agartala airport to travel to major cities of India. He said that Tripura is making an effort to start direct flights from Agartala to cities like Dhaka, Bangkok, Chittagong and other routes as soon as possible. </span>
