The total number of people dying due to COVID 19 in Bangladesh stands at 27946. The number of active cases in the country is 7937 and the recovery rate was recorded at 97.7 percent.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, Health Minister Zahid Maleque said that the government will be able to administer 15 crore doses of the COVID 19 vaccine by January next year. Till Thursday,  5.35 crore people had received the first dose of the COVID 19 vaccine while 3.42 crore received both doses of the vaccination in Bangladesh.</span>
