<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the people to give her another chance to help her in establishing Bangladesh as a developing country from 2026 onwards. Exchanging greetings with a cross section of people at her official residence Ganabhaban, Prime Minister Hasina said that Bangladesh has witnessed tremendous socio economic development since people voted her to power in 2008, 2014 and 2018 elections. She said Bangladesh has got recognition as a developing country due to the continuing democratic process and stability since 2009. Millions of people offered Eid prayers at mosques, Eidgah and makeshift prayer venues in the capital and other places. </p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The main Eid congregation in the capital was held at  the National Eidgah ground on Bangladesh Supreme Court premises at 8.30 in the  morning on Saturday. President Abdul Hamid offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayers along with  hundreds of people from all walks of life at the National Eidgah, reports the official news agency BSS. The biggest Eid congregation in Bangladesh was held at Dinajpur's Gor-e-Shaheed Maidan and Sholakia Eidgah in Kishoreganj in the morning. </p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and other law enforcement agencies provided a tight security arrangement around the prayer venues in Dhaka for a peaceful Eid. </p>
